Louis Neret

As an independent lawyer, Louis has acquired multiple experiences within important French and American law firms, notably with Gide, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and another international law firm before becoming a partner at a reputed law firm in Paris, and then creating his own firm in the field of business law and impact investing.
He is a lecturer in mergers and acquisitions at the University of Paris-Saclay, and also gives training sessions in companies for legal departments or directly to entrepreneurs.
He is a graduate from ESCP Europe (Master in Management) and holder of a Master II in Business Law (University of Paris-Sud). He is fluent in English and accustomed to work in an international environnement.

As a law student at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Lys has joined the Neret Avocat team in February 2021 to work in a firm focused on the digital industry and driven by environmental and social values. With a scientific background, Lys was seduced by law during her two years of medical school, and then reoriented herself full-time towards law.
